We specialize in kettlebell training, as well as functional fitness using the TRX, BOSU, resistance bands and free weights. This is traditional personal training - one trainer and one client. After a thorough consultation, your trainer will individualize your program to specifically match your schedule and goals.

Partner Training

For those people that like to have more of a group feel, this method of training helps with motivation and commitment. Try training with your spouse, roommate, or friend. Training is geared to goals and schedule.

Semi-Private Training

Group training helps people stay motivated and accountable with all the benefits of personal training while keeping session rates low. Try training with your spouse, roommate, or friend. Training is geared to goals and schedule.

Accountability Program

Program Planning

Written programs, developed by experienced trainers, are designed to help you meet your goals when working without a trainer. These programs provide direction, support and accountability to clients when working out without a trainer. Clients range from novices to experienced athletes. Everyone benefits from collaboration and feedback. Don’t use a magazine cut out, use YOUR specific workout.

Tele Coaching for Trainers and Coaches

Brian has been involved in personal training since 2000. He has grown to a level of education and success that allows him to share his experience advice to trainers all over the country in seminars, workshops, and through private consultations. Book your session with Brian to discuss business development, niche marketing, business management, training and program ideas, and your individual business model. $99 for 30 min call. For the Support Package which includes 1 call/week for a month, unlimited emails with response in 48 hours or less - $299.
