This is a similar program I used with my professional figure competitor. She did an extra month to prepare for the stage – but if that’s not your goal (as it is not for most of us) then just move to maintenance after the 60 days! The scale weight change for her entire 3 months was only 12lbs, but her body fat to muscle ratio is dramatically different!

Wednesday evening – Feb 1st from 7-830pm.
This 90 minute skills workshop is the first step in your 2 month Body Transformation Program. The workshop is conducted by one of Metro DC’s top level instructors. These workshops are usually over $400 within the fitness community. For this New Year’s Program it is my goal to donate my time to make sure that you and your neighbors find success in their health and fitness resolutions. I do not want to run the chance of not including anyone.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-private trainingSemi-private training provides a built in support system that provides encouragement and motivation for continuing with your fitness routines. This can be especially helpful for those funky days when you just do not feel like exercising. 

All too often, people sign-up at their local gym with the best of intentions, only to quit going after just a couple of weeks. The main reason for the early resignation is the lack of support and frustration.

Without the advice of a personal trainer, many people find it difficult to know which exercises to do and in what sequence or routine. In addition, it is not easy to keep pushing yourself to your fullest potential if you work out by yourself.

We've added semi-private training sessions to our class and personal training schedule. The BW-PT Ashurn Studio now offers three types of training options.

Personal Training
30 or 60 minute private sessions for those people who are looking to jumpstart their program with a personalized program and individual support.
