The BW-PT Program Design Workshop
Saturday, April 30th, 10am-2pm
Learn simple, results driven program design
- The Program Design Workshop will provide you with practical knowledge not taught by most certification programs that you can apply right away and use over and over again.
- Learn better techniques for applying sound scientific principles to guarantee results for you and your clients.
- Set yourself apart from other trainers and get results for your clients quickly and safely.
Programming should be geared to each individual; however, the program framework is the same. This workshop is an opportunity for trainers and athletes to learn how to address every client’s goals with a simple system that works. Once the system is in place with the proper progressions, results are guaranteed. A program that does not illicit change in 12 weeks, no matter the training proficiency level is not doing all it should.
