I have used this program over the last 6 months and found that my strength gain, flexibility, and conditioning have all blasted through the roof. I just had my blood pressure and heart rate checked and it’s like I have been doing interval marathon training. That’s very low for me. The kicker is, I don’t run at all, nor do I spend a lot of time doing conditioning movements – maybe 20 minutes a week.
