The key is to excite the body’s total potential through complicated power Olympic variations using load through barbells and Kettlebells, then pair that up with deep tension motions for total body strength. Mobility and conditioning occur as byproducts due to the stress you place on your body. The body’s systems want to attain a level of mastery and proficiency with complicated neural stimulation through deep muscle activation.

I have used this program over the last 6 months and found that my strength gain, flexibility, and conditioning have all blasted through the roof. I just had my blood pressure and heart rate checked and it’s like I have been doing interval marathon training. That’s very low for me. The kicker is, I don’t run at all, nor do I spend a lot of time doing conditioning movements – maybe 20 minutes a week.

The bottom line is, when you include Olympic variation lifts into your program you see results! You can expect to get stronger, get more flexible, and attain total body fitness at a level that might be superior when compared to some other training programs.
